Kyle Zaylor is a Principal of Macree Companies and brings a remarkable track record to the table, with a portfolio that includes the design, entitlement, and construction of over 5,000 multifamily units, 350,000 square feet of retail space, and 1.7 million square feet of office, cumulating in projects valued over $3 billion. His experience spans a diverse range of large commercial endeavors, from $5 million to over $300 million projects in California and the Pacific Northwest.
Kyle holds an MBA and Master of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University. Beyond his professional achievements, Kyle is a passionate woodworker, furniture maker, trail runner, and mountain biker; however, he’s most passionate about spending time with his wife and two young children.
Santosh Kuruvilla is a Principal at Macree Companies, specializing in business strategy and operations. With a global career spanning luxury hospitality and multi-family residential, he has played a key role in launching iconic properties, including Borgata Atlantic City, Atlantis Dubai, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and InterContinental Danang.
Prior to joining Macree, Santosh spent four years at The Irvine Company, managing The Resort at Pelican Hill and later leading operations at Villas Fashion Island, a 525-unit luxury residential complex. His expertise in streamlining operations, optimizing costs, and enhancing guest experiences has consistently driven success across industries.
Santosh holds an advanced degree in hospitality management from César Ritz Le Bouveret in Switzerland. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket with his two sons and sharing a glass of wine with his wife.

With eyes that have witnessed a lifetime of adventures and a heart that exudes warmth and wisdom, Mac is more than just our mascot; he's a cherished companion whose presence brings joy to all who cross his path.
Macree is a Certified Good Boy and Canine Good Citizen by the American Kennel Club. He will shake anyone down for a treat and not think twice about it. Outside of his office responsibilities, Mac loves to lay in the sun, get a good belly rub, and take long walks on the beach.
